Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a new funding initiative that forms part of the NDIS. This new funding is expected to create demand for suitable accommodation to house an additional 12,000 participants.

We are currently working on a resident-residence matching service that will provide an efficient and transparent platform, to assist those eligible for SDA funding find the place best suited to their needs in a convenient and transparent manner. This will simultaneously facilitate the efficient allocation of housing, thereby minimising unnecessary vacancies.
